Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges of unused products must be made within 14 days of ship date for full refunds. All other refunds or exchanges are at our discretion.

Refunds or exchanges may take up to 14 business days after the returned items have been received by 10 Dots Computers.

Shipping fees are not included in refunds. Please contact us for RETURN SHIPPING instructions.


Shipping

Orders are shipped by post within the United Kingdom and by UPS for all other locations in Europe. Orders may take up to 8 weeks for processing and delivery.


Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the 10dots.com website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Product Descriptions

The 10dots.com website does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a purchased product itself is not as described on this website, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
